  •      Product Introduction

    1. There are two types of batter-coating machines: one is the pouring-type machine, which is suitable for coating products with relatively low viscosity and thin batter layers; the other is the dipping-type machine, which is ideal for products with high viscosity or thick batter coatings. Customers should select the appropriate machine based on their specific production process requirements. The fully automatic batter-coating machine is primarily used for coating fried foods such as meat, seafood, and vegetables. Depending on the different process requirements of the product, the batter can be categorized into thick batter and thin batter. Thick batter has a lower water content and higher viscosity, while thin batter has the opposite characteristics. 
    2. It can be integrated with fabric machines, forming machines, breading machines, dusting machines, frying machines, and more, enabling continuous production.

     

         Working Principle

    1. The product is sandwiched between upper and lower mesh belts and fully coated with slurry by being immersed in the slurry solution. 
    2. The spacing between the upper and lower conveyor belts is adjustable.
    3. Even highly viscous slurries can be smoothly coated.
    4. Adjust the amount of batter coating on the product by regulating the fan.
    5. The dual-pulp tank is equipped with an integrated ice layer to maintain low temperatures during sizing, effectively ensuring the quality of the surface sizing. 
    6. The conveyor belt’s transmission speed is controlled by a frequency converter, enabling stepless speed regulation. 
    7. Made of stainless steel, it is corrosion-resistant and can be easily disassembled and cleaned without the need for special tools.
