  •      Product Introduction

    1. The two retort share a single hot-water tank. After sterilization is complete, the process water can be recycled back to the upper tank for storage and heat preservation. The two retort can be used simultaneously, saving energy and improving production efficiency.    
    2. The sterilization process water is preheated in the upper tank, allowing it to quickly fill the lower tank during sterilization (<3 minutes). This results in rapid product heating and increased production output.        
    3. Our company’s designed steam-water mixer features efficient steam utilization and low noise levels.        
    4. The newly designed fluid-flow switching device employs a continuous, alternating circulation of sterilizing solution—upward, downward, leftward, and rightward—ensuring no dead spots. During the sterilization phase, the temperature distribution is controlled within ±0.5°C.        
    5. Equipped with a negative-pressure safety device to prevent accidental human operation from creating negative pressure and ensure the equipment’s safety.        
    6. The entire process is controlled automatically by a PLC, and the recipe features multi-level passwords to eliminate the possibility of operator errors.        
    7. A chain drive can be installed inside the retort, making it easy to load and unload baskets and saving labor.        
    8. Equipped with a triple safety interlock to prevent operator errors and avoid accidents.        
    9. After the equipment power is restored, the program can automatically revert to its state prior to the power outage, thereby minimizing losses.

     

         Working principle

    1. Heat the hot water tank before the shift to reach the process-set temperature.    
    2. Place the product into the retort and close the autoclave door.        
    3. Activate the balancing device; the sterilization process water from the hot water tank is pumped into the retort until it reaches the preset liquid level, then deactivate the balancing device.        
    4. A circulating pump is used to circulate the sterilization process water within the retort. Steam is injected through a steam-water mixer and enters the circulation system, where it heats up to the sterilization temperature set for the process.     
    5. After the sterilization temperature is reached, the circulation pump remains continuously on.    
    6. During the sterilization phase, when temperature fluctuations occur, the steam quantity is automatically controlled via a valve to ensure stable temperature regulation.        
    7. After the sterilization stage is completed, stop injecting steam into the retort.        
    8. Activate the balancing device; the sterilization process water from the retort is pumped back into the hot water tank via a water pump for storage and future use in subsequent sterilization cycles.        
    9. Shut down the balancing device and use the chilled water pump to inject cooling water into the sterilization vessel, thereby cooling both the water inside the vessel and the product.

     

         Scope of application

    1. Plastic containers: PP bottles (for coconut milk, soy milk, etc.), HDPE bottles;

    2. Flexible packaging: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags (for braised chicken, corn, etc.), high-temperature cooking bags, and more;        
    3. Glass containers: Not recommended for use.
