Meat Grinder
Working principle:
The meat chunks are fed to the knife mesh via a screw conveyor. Using the shearing and squeezing action between the rotating blades and the stationary knife mesh, the meat chunks are minced into ground meat or meat granules of varying fineness.
Performance features:
1.The knife mesh comes in a variety of specifications and allows you to adjust the fineness of the meat according to your needs, making it suitable for different sausage filling requirements.
2.The body is mostly made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean, corrosion-resistant, and meets food hygiene standards.
3.The feed rate is controllable, preventing the meat ingredients from deteriorating due to friction-induced heat and ensuring the quality of the filling.
Pulping Machine
Working principle:
Gently knead meat to develop fibers, process into smooth paste, then vigorously pound with stepless speed control to enhance water absorption and fiber integrity. Produces crispy, elastic meatballs (floatable, non-breakable when steamed/boiled) and mixes various sausages/fillings (kung pao balls, fish balls, etc.).
Performance features:
Composed of stirrer, body, upper and lower blades. Add water to the tank, start motor, pour flour (per process ratio) and stir at 1430 rpm. Standby mode enables intermittent stirring to prevent slurry separation.

Chopping and Mixing Machine
Working principle:
Using a high-speed rotating blade (rotating at speeds exceeding 2,000 rpm), raw materials such as meat paste, vegetable particles, and spices are rapidly chopped, mixed, and emulsified, ensuring thorough blending of the ingredients and reducing particle size to a uniform state.

Working principle:

3.Blanching: Warm water removes surface foam and further stabilizes shape.
4.Cooling: Rapidly cooled to room temperature to ensure texture and extend shelf life.Performance features:

Packaging Machine
Working principle:
Using either weight-based or counting-based feeding systems, the cooled meatballs are quantitatively loaded into food packaging bags. The packaging bags are then sealed using a heat-sealing device; some models can also perform inflation packaging (filled with nitrogen gas for freshness preservation).

1.High packaging accuracy with an error margin of ≤ ±2g, and compatible with packaging bags of various specifications (e.g., 100g, 250g, 500g).

1.Preheat hot water tank to set temperature.
2.Load product and close autoclave door.
3.Start balancing device; fill vessel to preset water level.
4.Circulate water and heat to sterilization temperature via steam mixer.
5.Keep circulation pump running; control steam to maintain stable temperature.
6.Stop steam injection after sterilization.
7.Return water to hot water tank; stop balancing device.
8.Inject cooling water to cool product.
Bubble Washing Machine
Working principle:
High pressure blower generates bubbles to impact packaging bags. High pressure water sprayremoves stains, water marks and oil residues, achieving thorough cleaning.
