1. Place the product into the sterilization autoclave and close the autoclave door.
2. According to the product’s filling temperature requirements, hot water from the hot water tank is injected into the sterilization pot to reach the process-set liquid level at the specified sterilization process water temperature.
3. Use a circulation pump to circulate and spray the sterilization process water inside the reactor through one side of the heat exchanger, thereby continuously spraying the sterilization process water within the reactor.
4. Steam is injected into the other side of the heat exchanger, and the process water circulating through the sterilization system is heated to the sterilization temperature set for the process.
5. During the sterilization phase, the circulation pump remains continuously on. When the temperature fluctuates, a diaphragm valve regulates the steam flow to maintain a relatively stable temperature.
6. After the sterilization phase is completed, stop injecting steam into the other side of the heat exchanger.
7. Open the cold water valve to inject cooling water into the other side of the heat exchanger, thereby cooling down both the sterilization process water and the product inside the reactor.
8. Sterilization methods are categorized as: top-spray type, side-spray type, and full-spray type.

Product Introduction
1. Indirect heating and indirect cooling: The sterilization process water and the cooling water do not come into direct contact, thereby avoiding secondary contamination of food and eliminating the need for chemical water treatment agents.
2. A small amount of sterilization process water undergoes rapid cyclic heating, sterilization, and cooling. There’s no need to vent air before heating; it features low noise and saves steam energy.
3. One-touch operation: Once the product is placed into the sterilization chamber and the chamber door is closed, simply press the sterilization button to complete the entire sterilization process.
4. The entire process is automatically controlled by a PLC, and the recipe features multi-level passwords to eliminate the possibility of operator errors.
5. The retort is equipped with chain drive, making it easy to load and unload baskets and saving labor.
6. Condensate on one side of the heat exchanger can be recycled, saving water resources.
7. Equipped with a triple safety interlock to prevent operator errors and avoid accidents.
8. Equipped with dual safety valves and dual pressure sensors for control, effectively eliminating safety hazards.
9. After the equipment power is restored, the program can automatically revert to its state prior to the power outage, thereby minimizing losses.
10. Multi-stage heating and cooling can be precisely controlled in a linear manner, ensuring uniform sterilization effectiveness for each batch of products. The thermal distribution during the sterilization phase is controlled within ±0.5℃.
