1. Primarily used for automatic loading and stacking of trays before sterilization, automatic loading into sterilization chambers, and automatic unloading from sterilization chambers. After sterilization, it can also automatically disassemble and unload trays. The system enables seamless integration with a packaging machine via a conveyor belt at the front end and a cleaning line via a conveyor belt at the back end, thus realizing unmanned production in the sterilization workshop.
2. Loading and unloading equipment can automatically load products onto trays using methods such as weight-based tray loading, telescopic tray positioning, vacuum suction, and suction pickup, depending on different tray-loading requirements. It can also automatically unload products from trays via methods such as flipping and vacuum suction.
3. The automatic loading and unloading line uses a robotic arm to automatically stack single-layer pallets into a pile, and can also disassemble an entire stack of pallets into individual layers. Pallets are transferred between electric carts and the sterilization chamber via a conveyor system, enabling automatic entry and exit from the sterilization chamber.
4. The entire set of loading and unloading lines is controlled by an intelligent system, essentially achieving unmanned production.
