Product Introduction

2. Hygiene and Safety: The main body of the equipment is made from food-grade stainless steel, making it easy to clean. The oil-water mixing technology uses an oil-water separation system to settle impurities, keeping the frying oil pure and reducing the risk of contamination.
3. Easy operation: Supports one-click operation and automatically controls parameters such as oil temperature, time, oil level, and scum removal, thereby reducing operational complexity.
4. Stable quality: Precise temperature control and oil-water separation ensure consistent color and texture of the product, thereby improving the yield of high-quality items.
5. Highly adaptable: Process parameters can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the ingredients (such as potato chips or chicken strips), making it compatible with different production volume requirements.Working principle
1. Automatic Feeding: Pre-processed ingredients are fed into the frying tank uniformly via a hopper, conveyor belt, or feeding mechanism. Some equipment is equipped with sensors that automatically adjust the feeding rate.
2. Precise temperature-controlled frying: The heating system (electric heating, gas, or thermal oil) maintains the oil temperature within the range of 160–220℃, and an automatic filtration device continuously removes residue in real time to prevent burning.
3. Automatic Oil Removal: Excess oil is removed from ingredients through either centrifugal oil removal or air-blowing oil removal. Centrifugal oil removal is suitable for hard foods such as potato chips, while air-blowing oil removal is used for fragile ingredients.
4. Cooling and Seasoning: After oil removal, the ingredients are cooled to 40–60℃ by a cold-air system. If seasoning is required, the equipment will evenly spray seasonings either during or after the cooling process.
5. Automatic Discharge and Cleaning: The finished product is automatically discharged into a collection device, after which the equipment undergoes self-cleaning via high-pressure water rinsing, steam, or UV disinfection—no manual disassembly required.Scope of application
1. Pasta Products: Crispy Rice Crackers/Jiangmi Strips/Cat’s Ears/Shaqima/Honey Three-Blade Snacks/Fried Twists/Fried Dough Balls/Vegetable Gluten/Fried Dough Sticks/Sunflower Noodles/Thin Crispy Pastries/Doughnuts/Fu Zhu, etc.; Nut Products: Broad Beans/Green Peas/Peanuts/Sunflower Seeds, etc.
2. Seafood: Various types of fish, including yellow croaker, hairtail, small fish, squid rings, scallops, shrimp, and more.
3. Meat products: Braised Chicken (with coloring) / Preserved Duck (with coloring) / Braised Pork Belly / Meatballs / Cubed Meat / Dried Beef / Pork Belly with Fat / Chicken Legs, Chicken Feet, and Chicken Wings / Pig’s Trotters / Seasoned Chicken Products, etc.
