Product Introduction
1. Shorten cooking time: The zongzi cooking pot utilizes a high-temperature, high-pressure environment (typically reaching temperatures of 121°C and pressures of 0.1–0.2 MPa) to reduce traditional steaming and boiling times by more than 50%, significantly boosting production efficiency.
2. Even heat distribution: Utilizing steam or electric heating ensures uniform temperature distribution within the pot, preventing the zongzi from remaining undercooked or becoming overcooked in certain areas.
3. Efficient Energy Utilization: The zongzi cooking pot features a sealed design that minimizes heat loss, achieving an energy utilization rate of over 90%.
4. Reusing the broth: During the steaming and cooking process, the broth separates from the zongzi and can be recycled, helping to conserve water resources and reduce production costs.
5. Soft and chewy texture: The high-temperature, high-pressure environment allows the glutinous rice to fully gelatinize, resulting in a zongzi with a softer, chewier, and sweeter texture.

Zongzi Steaming Pot: Based on the physical properties of high-pressure environments, this equipment features a double-layer stainless steel pot body equipped with a sealing device. During heating, the pressure inside the pot rises, causing the boiling point of water to exceed 100℃—for example, at a pressure of 1.8 atmospheres, the boiling point is approximately 120℃. The high-temperature steam rapidly penetrates the zongzi leaves, ensuring even heating of the glutinous rice. As a result, the zongzi are cooked quickly, becoming soft, chewy, and delicious in a short amount of time.
