  •      Product Introduction

    1. Steam is directly introduced into the pot to perform high-temperature sterilization of food—simple and quick.           
    2. Equipped with a cooling system, featuring no sterilization dead zones, and maintaining thermal distribution during the sterilization phase within ±0.5℃.           
    3. Equipped with a negative-pressure safety device to prevent accidental human operation from creating negative pressure and ensure the equipment’s safety.

    4. After the equipment power is restored, the program can automatically revert to its state prior to the power outage, thereby minimizing losses.          
    5. The furnace can be equipped with chain drive for convenient loading and unloading of baskets, saving labor.         
    6. One-touch operation: After the product is placed into the sterilization chamber and the chamber door is closed, simply press the sterilization button to complete the entire sterilization process.

    7. Equipped with a triple safety interlock to prevent operator errors and avoid accidents.          
    8. Equipped with dual safety valves and dual pressure sensors for control, eliminating safety hazards.         
    9. The entire process is automatically controlled by a PLC, and the recipe features multi-level passwords to eliminate the possibility of operator errors.

     

         Working principle

    1. The methods for draining cold air are divided into hot-water drainage and steam drainage.           
    2. Hot water drain type           
    (1) The sterilization pot must be equipped with a hot water tank.         
    (2) Place the product into the sterilization vessel, close the vessel door, and use a pump to inject hot water from the hot-water tank into the sterilization vessel.

    (3) Hot water enters the sterilization chamber from the bottom and fills the entire chamber.           
    (4) Then, steam is injected from the top of the sterilization tank into the tank itself, forcing the hot water back into the hot-water tank.           
    (5) Stop introducing steam from the top and switch to introducing steam from the bottom of the reactor.           
    (6) Once the heating phase begins, use a thin-film valve to control the amount of steam entering the sterilization chamber until the set sterilization temperature is reached.

    (7) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure inside the vessel are precisely controlled via automatic valves.           
    (8) Cool the product inside the sterilization vessel by injecting cooling water into it via the chilled water pump.

    3. Steam-vented type           
    (1) The sterilization autoclave uses a bottom-inlet steam method to remove cold air from inside the chamber.           
    (2) Use a thin-film valve to control steam injection from the bottom and open the large vent at the top to expel cold air.           
    (3) Once the heating phase begins, use a thin-film valve to control the amount of steam entering the sterilization chamber until the set sterilization temperature is reached.

    (4) During the sterilization stage, the temperature and pressure inside the vessel are precisely controlled via automatic valves.           
    (5) Cool water is injected into the sterilization vessel via a chilled water pump to cool both the water inside the vessel and the product.

     

         Scope of application

    1. Metal containers: Tinplate cans (such as luncheon meat cans, fish cans, etc.);

    2. Soft pouch packaging: aluminum foil bags, high-temperature bags (small weight);

    3. Glass containers: Not recommended for use;           
    4. Plastic containers: PP bottles and the like are not recommended for use;

    5. Sterilization of medical waste, edible fungi, wood, soil, and more.
