Chili Sauce Processing Production Line Process:


Elevator Conveying
Working principle:
The motor-driven belt/chain plate rotates at high speed, using friction to convey the washed chili peppers from the bottom upward. A discharge port is installed at the top to precisely feed the peppers into the next processing step.

Bubble Spray Cleaning Machine
Working principle:
The high-pressure bubble generator inside the water tank produces a large number of bubbles. As these bubbles rise, they cause the chili peppers to tumble and rotate. At the same time, the spray nozzles deliver a high-pressure water stream. Together, these two actions effectively remove dirt, insect eggs, and impurities from the surface of the chili peppers. The wastewater generated after cleaning is filtered through a mesh screen and then recycled for further use.

Filling Machine
Working principle:
The motor drives the piston to perform reciprocating motion. Under the thrust of the piston, the sauce is quantitatively drawn into the pump body and then dispensed through the nozzle into glass or plastic bottles.
