Soft packaging bag cleaning and air-drying production line process:
Bag Inspection Machine
Working principle:
The stable conveyor system automatically sends packaged bags to the inspection area. Highprecision sensors detect defects including damage, leakage and poor sealing, and remove
unqualified products automatically. All operating parameters can be easily set and adjusted through the human machine touch screen.

Drum Washer
Working principle:
1. Materials enter through inlet and soak in water tank to soften sediment.
2. Motor drives drum rotation; materials tumble and rub to remove impurities initially.
3. Spray pipe at discharge end rinses materials under high pressure for further cleaning.
4. Drum screen holes increase from inlet to outlet; materials are graded and discharged by size.Performance features:

Drainage Vibrating Screen
Working principle:
1. The vibration motor drives materials to jump and move forward linearly on the screen.
2. Dual motors run in reverse synchronously to form a stable linear vibration trajectory.
3. Materials are classified by size through multi-layer screens and discharged separately.
Performance features:
1. Compact structure, easy to assemble and operate by a single person.
2. Large screening area and high processing efficiency.

Room-temperature/High-temperature Air Dryer
Working principle:
After sterilization, the material enters a drying channel where multiple sets of fans blow high-pressure air at room temperature, sweeping around the material at a 360° angle to quickly remove any residual moisture from its surface.

Working principle:
