Product Introduction
1. Low-temperature vacuum frying: In a vacuum environment, the oil temperature is controlled between 80 and 120°C. As the boiling point of water is lowered, food rapidly loses moisture, resulting in an oil content of only 10% to 20%. The product is crispy yet not greasy.
2. Nutrient preservation: Avoid high-temperature oxidation to retain nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.
3. Automated Operation: PLC control system for automatic feeding and discharging, reducing manual intervention.
4. Oil-water separation: Residues automatically settle, ensuring clean oil and extending service life.
5. Material and Design: 304 stainless steel body, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; outer-layer insulation for energy efficiency and safety.Working principle
1. Vacuum environment: A vacuum pump removes air, creating a low-pressure environment that lowers the boiling point of water.
2. Heating System: High-temperature oil circulation comes into contact with food, enabling rapid dehydration.
3. Dehydration process: Moisture evaporates, creating a crispy texture while keeping the inside tender and fresh.
4. Automatic discharging: After frying is complete, the basket automatically flips over without any manual intervention.
5. Oil-water separation: Residue settles, oil is recycled for reuse, and cleanliness is maintained.Scope of application
