  •      Product Introduction

    1. The breath-rolling function can effectively shorten the rolling time and improve rolling efficiency.   
    2. Equipped with variable-frequency stepless speed control. The speed range is 2–12 rpm (a low-speed function of 2–4 rpm can be selected, offering smooth startup, reducing impact during machine start-up, and extending the service life of the equipment). The low-speed function is particularly suitable for various marinating products that are prone to deformation, especially poultry and fish products. Depending on the specific characteristics of different products, you can choose either vacuum feeding or automatic feeding. 
    3. It features PLC and touch-screen control, with the touch screen offering a more intuitive operation interface.   
    4. The inside of the tumbling drum is finely polished with no sanitary dead spots, and the discharge port allows for complete drainage.   
    5. Uses a liquid-ring vacuum pump, eliminating the need to replace filter elements and vacuum pump oil.   
    6. It adopts a directly coupled drive with a gearbox, resulting in lower operating noise and higher efficiency.

     

         Working Principle

    The hydraulic vacuum tumbling machine, compared to the horizontal vacuum tumbling machine series, features greater loading capacity and a discharge function. In a vacuum environment, this machine utilizes the principle of physical impact to cause poultry such as chickens and ducks to tumble up and down inside the drum, colliding and striking against each other, thereby achieving a massaging and marinating effect. This ensures that the chicken and duck meat evenly absorbs the marinade, enhancing its binding strength and product elasticity. Through tumbling and massaging, the muscle proteins are broken down into water-soluble proteins, making them easier for the human body to absorb. At the same time, added ingredients (such as starch) are fully integrated with the muscle proteins, resulting in tender meat with excellent texture and a high export rate. This machine is equipped with a lung-respiration function, enabling the product within the drum to expand and contract in a reciprocating motion, thereby improving the structure of the meat tissue and enhancing the appearance of the cut surface. It is suitable for marinating and processing Western-style sausages, hams, bacon, roasted meats, as well as traditional Chinese poultry products, braised and sauce-based meats, and leisure meat products.

    Featuring enhanced loading capacity and a more convenient unloading function, this equipment can be used for marinating and processing a variety of products, including Western-style sausages, ham, bacon, roasted meats, braised chicken, steak, preserved meat, chicken strips, pickled vegetables, and pre-prepared dishes.
