   Product Introduction
1. Circular inner frame + stirring shaft: The stirring paddles evenly agitate the material, ensuring it thoroughly tumbles in the oil for uniform heating, preventing sticking and burning, and achieving consistent color and texture.
2. Oil-water separation technology: Residues automatically sink to the water layer, while the hot oil in the upper layer is recycled for continued use, thereby extending the service life of the frying oil.
3. Automatic feeding and discharging: No manual dumping required—after frying is complete, the basket automatically flips and discharges the food, reducing labor intensity.
4. Smart Temperature Control: The temperature can be set freely from 0 to 230℃, preventing food from being overfried or undercooked and ensuring food quality.
5. Material and Design: It features a round, flat-bottom stainless steel base with perforated a inner basket, customizable to suit different materials. It drains oil effectively, is easy to clean, and has lower energy consumption for external insulation.

   Working Principle
1. Heating Component: Electric heating or gas heating, providing a stable heat source.
2. Conveying Component: The ingredients are conveyed via a mesh belt or hooks, enabling continuous production.
3. Control System: Integrates functions such as temperature control, basket-turning, and filtration, with simple operation.
4. Oil-water Separation System: Oil and water are separated based on their density differences, and the residual solids automatically settle out.
5. Automatic Basket-turning and material discharge: After frying is complete, the material basket automatically flips over without any manual intervention.
