The core of the tilting jacketed kettle consists of a double-layer kettle body, indirect heating, and a tilting mechanism working in synergy. Heat is evenly transferred to the material inside the inner pot via a heat-transfer medium—such as steam, thermal oil, or hot water—circulating within the jacket. Combined with mechanical stirring, this ensures uniform heating throughout the batch. After processing is complete, the kettle body can be tilted using a worm gear and worm mechanism (with a maximum tilt angle ranging from 90° to 180°), enabling residue-free discharge.
Scope of Application
It is applied in food processing and brewing industries—including confectionery, pastry, beverages, fruit juices, jams, candied fruits, dairy products, and canned goods—as well as in the production of alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, and daily chemical products. It is used for melting, sterilizing, heating, blanching, pre-cooking, mixing, boiling, steaming, and concentrating various materials. It is also suitable for large-scale hotels, restaurants, inns, guesthouses, cafeterias in industrial and mining enterprises, government institutions, military units, and colleges and universities, where it can be used for cooking porridge, simmering soups, boiling dumplings, preparing dishes, and stewing meats.
