Product Introduction
The planetary stirring wok features a hemispherical stainless steel body formed in a single stamping process. It can be heated using various methods, including gas, steam, electric heating, and induction heating. The stirring mechanism employs a unique inclined transmission system, with a planetary-type stirrer that makes full contact with the wok body, achieving a non-integer gear ratio between the orbital and rotational movements. This design ensures there are no dead zones within the wok, and the transmission components remain clean and hygienic at all times. The machine is equipped with a variable-frequency speed control system, ensuring smoother operation. Additionally, this unit features hydraulic lifting and tilting capabilities for easy material handling, eliminating the need to disassemble or reassemble the stirrer—thus saving labor and reducing physical strain. It is a high-performance food-processing equipment.
Working Principle
1. Multiple heating methods: Supports various heating modes including gas, steam, electromagnetic, and electric heating, catering to the needs of different materials.
2. Planetary Mixing: The mixing arm rotates both on its own axis and around a central axis, stirring the ingredients thoroughly without any dead zones—just like the motion of planets. This method is particularly well-suited for viscous materials. A variable-frequency drive allows for flexible speed adjustment.
3. Non-integer gear ratio design: Avoid dead zones in mixing, ensure uniform heating of the material, and prevent scorching at the bottom of the pot.
4. Automatic tipping discharge: After frying is complete, the pot body automatically tips over, allowing the ingredients to flow out under gravity—making operation convenient.
