Product Introduction

1. Feeding Stage: Evenly place the fried or cleaned food items (such as french fries, potato chips, nuts, dried meat, etc.) into the stainless steel inner container. Then, close the safety hatch door (the equipment is equipped with an interlock device; it cannot be started unless the hatch door is securely closed).
2. Accelerated Rotation: After the motor is started, the inner drum rapidly accelerates via a transmission system (belt or direct drive), reaching speeds of 800–1500 r/min (adjustable depending on the model), thereby generating a strong centrifugal force field.
3. Oil Separation and Deoiling: Under the action of centrifugal force, the food adheres tightly to the inner liner wall, causing surface oils and moisture to be flung away from the material. These separated oils and moisture then flow through the screen holes (with pore sizes ranging from 0.5 to 2 mm—customizable) in the inner liner wall into the outer shell cavity.
4. Collection and Discharge: The separated oil and water accumulate along the inner wall of the casing and flow into the bottom oil collection tank, from where they are discharged through a pipeline (and can be recycled and reused). The food that has been deoiled remains in the inner chamber and can be easily removed after the machine is turned off.
5. Safe Shutdown: The equipment is equipped with a variable-frequency speed control or electromagnetic braking system, ensuring a smooth shutdown process that prevents materials from scattering or getting damaged due to inertia. The entire process is fully automated and requires no manual intervention.Scope of Application
