Slurry Mixer

The slurry mixer is food processing equipment for evenly applying batter to food products via a simulated waterfall effect. It is ideal for coating fish fillets, fish steaks, french fries, and similar items. A batter pump delivers batter to form a waterfall flow: as products move on the conveyor belt, the front side is coated, and the reverse side picks up batter from a collection tray below.

   Product Introduction
1. There are two types of batter-coating machines: one is the pouring-type machine, which is suitable for coating products with relatively low viscosity and thin batter layers; the other is the dipping-type machine, which is ideal for products with high viscosity or thick batter coatings. Customers should select the appropriate machine based on their specific production process requirements. The fully automatic batter-coating machine is primarily used for coating fried foods made from meat, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients. Depending on the different process requirements of the product, the batter can be categorized into thick batter and thin batter. Thick batter has low water content and high viscosity, whereas thin batter has higher water content and lower viscosity.
2. It can be integrated with fabric machines, molding machines, breading machines, dusting machines, frying machines, and other equipment to enable continuous production.

   Working Principle
1. Pump-type device, which can also perform spray-coating application;
2. Pass the product through a slurry waterfall to achieve a coating effect;
3. The waterfall-style coating process can ensure neat product alignment and thorough coating.
