    Drum Washer

    Working principle:

    1. Materials enter through inlet and soak in water tank to soften sediment. 
    2. Motor drives drum rotation; materials tumble and rub to remove impurities initially. 
    3. Spray pipe at discharge end rinses materials under high pressure for further cleaning. 
    4. Drum screen holes increase from inlet to outlet; materials are graded and discharged by size.

    Performance features:

    1. Full 304 stainless steel, food-grade, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. 
    2. Integrated cleaning & grading, space-saving, suitable for potatoes, sweet potatoes and other fruits & vegetables.

    Steam Peeling Machine

    Working principle:

    1. Cleaned and graded materials enter the steam chamber. 
    2. 150℃+ steam softens and separates skin from pulp. 
    3. Instant pressure release makes skin burst and peel off. 
    4. Brushing or high-pressure water removes skin; peeled materials go to next process.

    Performance features:

    1. No chemical additives, no harmful residues, food hygiene compliant. 
    2. Fast peeling in seconds, no friction, pulp damage 4%–7%, high yield. 
    3. Uniform peeling for irregular materials, smooth surface. 
    4. Continuous feeding & discharging, high capacity for large-scale production.

    Waterjet Cutting Line

    Working principle:

    1. The hydraulic strip-cutting machine includes feed pump, pipeline and cutting head. 
    2. It cuts materials into strips, slices, wedges and other shapes. 
    3. Pipeline enables long-distance delivery, soaking and cleaning.

    Performance features:

    1. Cuts fries, wedges, slices to meet different demands. 
    2. High speed and output, capacity 3,000–10,000 kg/h. 
    3. Adopts European technology, stable and efficient.

    Working principle:

    3. Centrifugal or air-blowing degreasing removes excess oil. 
    4. Cold-air system cools materials to 40–60℃. 
    5. Automatic discharge and online cleaning/disinfection without disassembly.
