Product Introduction
1. The rotary retort is an upgraded version of the double-layer water-bath retort , incorporating a rotating mechanism. Its characteristics are identical to those of the double-layer water-bath retort .
2. During rotation, the product is completely submerged in water, generating buoyancy that significantly reduces friction and compression on the product packaging.
3. During rotary heating, heat penetrates the product at the fastest rate, ensuring the desired sterilization effect is achieved and the required Fo value is reached in the shortest possible time.4. A separate tugboat is used to support the rotating body; the supporting roller is integrated with the cylinder support. The reactor body, equipped with protective plates, experiences reduced stress, thereby extending its service life and making maintenance, upkeep, and servicing much more convenient.
5. The inner drum body is made with forged rolling rings and undergoes comprehensive processing, including aging treatment, to enhance its toughness, ductility, and wear resistance, thereby extending its service life.
6. The internal rotating component is machined in one operation using a machining center after being welded and assembled, followed by dynamic balancing treatment. This ensures that the axis of rotation remains concentric with the rotating component throughout its rotation, thereby preventing any imbalance during operation.
7. The food basket pressing system uses cylinders to automatically and individually apply pressure. All the cylinders in the system are made of alloy, effectively addressing several drawbacks associated with rotary cage cylinders—such as inaccurate spring-return mechanisms and cylinder seal deformation and leakage under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
8. By adopting variable-frequency speed control, users can adjust the rotation speed at any time to accommodate products of different viscosities, ensuring that the product remains homogeneous and does not separate or settle.
9. The braking reducer features an automatic positioning function, ensuring that the cage remains in a horizontal position after stopping, thus facilitating smooth docking with other complementary equipment.10. The start-up time of the rotating device can be freely set by the user according to the characteristics of their own product.
Working principle
1. Its operating principle is similar to that of a double-layer water-bath retort, employing direct heating, sterilization, and cooling.
2. Heat the hot water tank before the shift to reach the process-set temperature.
3. Place the product into the sterilization autoclave and close the autoclave door.
4. Activate the balancing device; the sterilization process water from the hot water tank is pumped into the sterilization vessel until it reaches the preset liquid level.
5. A circulating pump is used to circulate the sterilization process water within the reactor vessel. Steam is injected through a steam-water mixer and enters the circulation system, where it heats up to the sterilization temperature set for the process.6. During the sterilization phase, the circulation pump remains continuously on. When the temperature fluctuates, an automatic valve controls the steam flow by opening and closing, thereby maintaining stable temperature control.
7. After the sterilization phase is completed, stop injecting steam into the reactor.
8. The sterilization process water is pumped back into the hot water tank for storage and future use in subsequent sterilization cycles; then, the balancing device is shut down.9. Inject cooling water into the sterilization vessel via the chilled water pump to cool down the product inside the vessel.
Scope of application
Various types of porridge products, including tinplate can porridge, bowl porridge, cup porridge, and bagged porridge (breakfast porridge).
