Product Introduction
1. The high-pressure cooking pot features a large heating surface area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time for liquid materials, and easy temperature control.
2. The pot body is tiltable for easy discharge, features a closed-type flange with excellent sealing performance.
3. The inner pot (inner liner) is made of austenitic stainless steel that is acid-resistant and heat-resistant.
4. Equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve, it features an attractive appearance, convenient operation, and reliable safety.Working Principle
1. Classified by form: vertical cooking pot, tilting cooking pot.
2. A steam source at a certain pressure can be used, or electric heating can be employed. Alternatively, heat can be transferred via circulating thermal oil or by means of electromagnetic coils, ensuring more uniform temperature distribution within the pot and shortening material processing time while increasing production output.
3. When steaming and cooking, there’s no need to drain the broth from the pot; it can be used continuously, saving energy.
4. The outer insulation layer of the pot body provides thermal insulation, preventing heat loss from inside the pot and reducing the risk of high-temperature burns during operation.
5. The pot lid structure has been changed from the previous flange-bolt fixed type to a hydraulically quick-opening type, and features photoelectric limit switches, interlocks, and mutual locks.
6. The pot lid features an inflatable seal, and a sight glass is installed at the upper water level of the pot to facilitate timely replenishment of the broth.Scope of Application
It is applicable to food processing industries such as sauce and braised products, candies, pastries, beverages, fruit juices, jams, candied fruits, dairy products, and canned goods, as well as to brewing, winemaking, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and daily chemical industries. It is used for melting, sterilizing, heating, blanching, pre-cooking, mixing, boiling, steaming, and concentrating materials. It is also suitable for large hotels, restaurants, inns, guesthouses, dining halls in industrial and mining enterprises, government agencies, military units, and colleges and universities, where it can be used for cooking porridge, simmering soups, boiling dumplings, stir-frying dishes, and stewing meats.
