1. High-speed steam flow: After entering the five-sided honeycomb jacket, the steam forms a high-speed flow within the narrow gaps of the honeycomb plates—3 to 10 times faster than in conventional jackets.
2. Turbulent Flow Enhancement of Heat Transfer: The steam repeatedly collides with the honeycomb points, generating small-scale local vortices that continuously alter the flow direction and velocity, thereby creating intense turbulence and disrupting or thinning the laminar boundary layer.
3. Uniform Heat Transfer: The honeycomb structure enables heat to be evenly conducted through the dense solder joints to the inner pot body, while simultaneous heating on all five sides ensures a consistent temperature throughout the contents of the pot.
4. Waste Heat Recovery: Steam condensate is discharged through a steam trap, and part of the heat can be recovered and reused, further enhancing energy utilization efficiency.
5. Automatic Feeding: Using a crane lifting system or a mesh belt conveyor, the ingredients to be braised (such as meat products and soybean products) are placed into dedicated braising baskets and precisely positioned inside the cooking pot.
6. Intelligent Braising: Based on preset process parameters (temperature and time), the system automatically controls the steam inflow and zone temperatures to achieve rapid heating and constant-temperature braising.
7. Automatic discharging: After the braising process is complete, the material basket is automatically removed via a crane or basket-turning device and transferred to the next step (such as cooling, packaging, etc.).
8. Continuous cycling: As the material from the previous batch is being removed, the next batch of material automatically enters, enabling 24-hour uninterrupted production and significantly boosting capacity.Scope of Application
