Product Introduction
1. There’s no need for steam to be discharged for cooling; compressed air can be injected into the vessel. A unique turbo fan rotates to break up cold air clusters, forcibly circulating the mixture of steam and air throughout the vessel. During the sterilization phase, temperature distribution is controlled within ±0.5℃.
2. The ventilation turbine fan forcibly moves the steam-air mixture from one end of the vessel to the other, ensuring thorough adsorption and coverage of all products, thereby preventing turbulence in the ventilation system and saving more than 15 percent of steam consumption.
3. The backlit drive plate is designed based on aerodynamic principles: the steam drawn in from its inlet can control the flow direction and accelerate heat transfer to the center of the product, making it suitable for both heating and cooling applications.
4. More flexible control over pressure and temperature, enabling back-pressure cooling.
5. Suitable for all high-temperature sterilized products, including leisure foods, meat products, beverages, and other items packaged in various forms.
6. Equipped with a negative-pressure safety device to prevent accidental human operation from creating negative pressure and ensure the equipment’s safety.7. After the equipment power is restored following a power outage, the program can automatically revert to its state prior to the power failure, thereby minimizing losses.
8. Equipped with a triple safety interlock to prevent operator errors and avoid accidents.
9. Equipped with dual safety valves and dual pressure sensors for control, effectively eliminating safety hazards.Working principle
1. Place the product into the sterilization autoclave and close the autoclave door.
2. Open the steam valve and the vent, and inject steam into the sterilization chamber; at this point, the fan should not be started.3. Once most of the air has been expelled from the reactor and the temperature has reached above 100 degrees, close the vent valve.
4. Control the steam flow through the thin-film valve and turn on the fan to heat up and sterilize.
5. After sterilization is complete, the process enters the micro-cooling and full-cooling stages; during the micro-cooling stage, the fan remains on.6. Enter the full cooling phase, cool down to the temperature required by the process, and then turn off the fan.
Scope of application
All high-temperature sterilized products, including flexible packaging, bottled products, tinplate cans (such as luncheon meat cans and tuna cans), stand-up pouches, aluminum foil containers, and snack foods, meat products, and beverages packaged in cups or bowls.
