Washing Machine

Empty Can Unstacker

Working principle:

Canning Machine
Working principle:
Photoelectric sensors detect cans; PLC controls piston motion to accurately meter and fill materials into cans.

Soup Base Filling
Working principle:
Bottles are positioned and filled by a quantitative pump, then automatically capped. Full automation via touch screen with real-time monitoring.

Seaming Machine
Working principle:
Cans are conveyed to the sealing station and positioned automatically. The lid-feeding system places lids accurately. Sealing rollers rotate and press to form a tight, hermetic seal. Parameters are set via touch screen for fully automatic operation, adapting to various can and lid specifications.

Cage-loading Machine
Working principle:
Mechanical grippers or pushers load cleaned cans neatly into sterilization baskets in preset arrangement.

Water Spray Retort
Working principle:
1. Put the product into the autoclave and close the door.
2. Inject hot water into the retort to the set level and temperature.
3. Circulation pump sprays process water inside the vessel.
4. Steam heats the circulating water to sterilization temperature.
5. Pump runs continuously; valve controls steam to keep temperature stable.
6. Stop steam supply when sterilization is finished.
7. Open cold water valve to cool the product and process water.
8. Sterilization types: top-spray, side-spray, full-spray.
Cage-unloading Machine
Working principle:
Mechanical pushers gently and stably eject sterilized cans from baskets without damage. Empty cages are automatically recycled and returned, realizing smooth connection with the front-end production line and improving overall efficiency.
