The cascading machine is food processing equipment for evenly applying batter to food products via a simulated waterfall effect. It is ideal for coating fish fillets, fish steaks, french fries, and similar items. A batter pump delivers batter to form a waterfall flow: as products move on the conveyor belt, the front side is coated, and the reverse side picks up batter from a collection tray below.
