Working Principle of Hydraulic Vacuum Tumbler

The hydraulic vacuum tumbler features stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, with a speed range of 3–12 rpm (a low-speed function of 1–4 rpm is also available). It starts smoothly, reducing the impact during startup and thereby extending the equipment's service life. A dedicated vacuum suction tube for auxiliary ingredients is configured. Optionally equipped with PLC and touch-screen control, the machine can divide the total working time into up to six process cycles, each consisting of two steps. Each step allows independent setting of time, rotation speed, vacuum level, and rotation direction, meeting the processing requirements of diverse products. The machine adopts a high-standard hygienic design: the entire unit is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, the interior of the tumbling drum is finely polished with no sanitary dead zones, and the discharge port ensures complete drainage. Optional "V-shaped" and "single-blade" paddles are provided, offering different tumbling intensities to suit various products.
