Safety Guidelines for Using a Hydraulic Vacuum Tumbler
2025-09-17
Operators of the hydraulic vacuum tumbler must undergo training before taking up their posts. If the hydraulic vacuum tumbler encounters a sudden malfunction or other temporary issue during operation, operators must not disassemble or reassemble it on their own. They must seek on-site guidance from qualified professionals or hand over the issue to trained specialists for handling, thereby ensuring safety.
Loading the hydraulic vacuum tumbler: Turn on the vacuum pump, and when a certain level of negative pressure is reached, connect the suction pipe to the material intake.
Use the vacuum pump to create and maintain a vacuum.
Carefully control the running time. The hydraulic vacuum tumbler is equipped with a dedicated timer button that allows you to set the duration according to different needs, maximizing its efficiency. The timing can be set in increments ranging from seconds to hours.
The tumbling time can be set by adjusting the running time on the control panel. During production, the hydraulic vacuum tumbler will have a certain interval, which can be customized according to different needs—simple and convenient. The interval time and working time can be set separately, each with its own independent timing control button.
Turn the knob on the control panel to “Run,” and set the vacuum pump and inflation knob to “On.” The machine will then start operating according to the preset settings.
After finishing work, simply turn the knob on the control panel to the “Stop” position to shut down the hydraulic vacuum tumbler. If a working time has been set, the machine will automatically stop running once the set time has elapsed.
The final step of the work process is material discharge and cleaning. Once the pressure inside and outside the drum has reached equilibrium, the drum will discharge the material. After the material is discharged, the equipment should be cleaned using a professional cleaning agent diluted with water. Finally, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
